ENGINEERING FABRICATION SERVICES DIVISION (EFS)
EFS is engaged in a wide variety of manufacturing activities. The
main activities are repair and maintenance of Oil fields equipment
tools according to API specification, gears, sprockets, rollers,
shafts, roller pulley, dies, punches, & other special turnkey
job like ovens, process machinery & medium size fabrication.
EFS is equipped with complete range of machines including several
lathes, including one with large capacity horizontal boring machine,
milling machines, grinding machines, cylinder boring, facing and
honing machines, power press etc., enabling us to undertake fabrication
& machining of any part specially required by customer as per
their drawing and specifications.
TOP OF THE LINE SERVICES OFFERED ARE
- Repair and maintenance of oil field drilling tools such as
re-cutting. threading, and sub welding conforming to API specifications.
API specs, 5CT, 6A, 7, 16A, and 16C.
- General machining works of gears, sprockets, spindles, axles,
shaft, dies, punches and moulds.
- Fabrication of light steel structures and welding/ brazing
of ferrous/non-ferrous materials. Spark Erosion facility for fabrication
of dies and for repair works.
- Major fabrication and maintenance work have been carried out
for petrochemical companies, refineries, industrial companies
and general contracting and services companies. With a healthy
